We would like to offer a new service to our customers. Now you don’t have to remember your company’s support account to submit a ticket. Instead of direct logging into the support system using your company’s account, you can now log into our start page using your personal account and then seamlessly get to the support system.
In the form below, you need to enter your email and the password that was assigned to your company’s support account. After you logged in, you can change the password to one that would be easier for you to remember. (This won’t affect your company’s support account, so don’t worry).
